Bispham CastAways will be holding free, open auditions for their next production, the Summer interactive murder mystery, A Game Of Greed And Gore by Belladonna Mysteries and directed by Debbie Flavell which is on the 16th and 17th of August; Friday and Saturday night. It is a comedy, character driven, scripted play where survivors will need to use improvisational skills too, and will be at Holy Family Church Hall on Links Road, North Shore, Blackpool, FY1 2RU. Based on a Cluedo themed murder mystery weekend, it has a variety of brilliant characters for both men and women of different ages. The open auditions are across two Sundays, the 5th and 12th of May, from 6pm to 9pm at Holy Family Church Hall. We accept ANYONE aged 16 years or older, no matter their experience or any perceived limitations. The only requirement is that anyone who receives a part in the play, or chooses to join Bispham CastAways as a member, (including for working backstage or front of house) after the open auditions, officially joins the group by filling in a membership form and paying the £15 membership fees per 4 months. However, as a charity, if any member (current or prospective) is struggling to meet the membership fees, they can talk to one of the trustees so that something can be arranged to ensure they can still participate.
