Family Christmas Pantomime This December
On December 11th and 12th at Holy Family Church Hall, Links Road (FY1 2RU), Bispham CastAways’ will welcome audiences to their annual family pantomime. This year’s offering is “Snow White And The Curse Of The Ice Queen” by Peter Nuttall and directed by Taylor Clark. Rehearsals are well underway and the CastAways’ are very excited to bring some Christmas cheer to the neighbourhood!
The players have been cast and everyone is very excited to bring a new fairytale to Blackpool. The horrible Ice Queen has got her eyes set on Prince Charming! However, he bumps into a poor but beautiful Snow White, who is desperately trying to stop herself, her selfish sister, Rose Red, and her hapless Mother, Old Mother Black, from becoming homeless in the Ice Queen’s realm. He falls madly in love and the Ice Queen gets angry, dispatching her henchman, the goblin Prod (who may have a secret of his own) to stop Snow White at her new friends’ cottage, the seven dwarf’s house. Perhaps the Magic Mirror can help sort things out… but only if you ask in rhyme!
